We are seeking qualified Journeyperson Refrigeration Technicians, Journeyperson Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and Apprentices to join our residential service and installation teams.
Successful candidates may be placed within Service, Installation, Refrigeration, Plumbing, or Renovation divisions based on experience, qualifications, career goals, and company needs.
What You'll Do
Depending on your experience and placement, responsibilities may include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and related equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical system issues
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
- Completing required paperwork and documentation
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Supporting apprentices and helping develop the next generation of tradespeople
Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
