We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether welcoming someone through the door, answering the phone, or responding to an inquiry, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do
Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate Sales, Service, or dealership team member.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with general communication.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other day-to-day office duties.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and customer waiting area.
Support team members across the dealership and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
Previous reception, administrative, customer service, or dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
Schedule
This is a part-time position of approximately 30 hours per week.
The regular schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note that hours and scheduling may be adjusted from time to time within the dealership's operating hours based on business and operational needs.
