We are currently hiring a full-time worker specializing in sanding and screw for subfloor.
Responsibilities
- Perform sanding, finishing, and surface preparation for subfloor using power tools, and specialized equipment
Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience in subfloor sanding and screwing (Sanding & Screw).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Spanish speaker with Intermediate English (ability to communicate on-site).
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic
