We’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Operations Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, understands how to run jobs efficiently, and wants to be part of a company that values professionalism, accountability, and growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead daily landscape and hardscape jobs in the field.
- Run the crew, tools, and jobsite with confidence and efficiency.
- Keep work on schedule and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
- Safely drive company trucks and operate equipment.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Support the crew in mowing, trimming, and general field work as needed.
- Look for opportunities to improve job efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue through upsells or added services.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of landscaping experience.
- Hardscape experience required.
- Strong understanding of production, job timing, and field workflow.
- Ability to run tools and lead a job from start to finish.
- Comfortable jumping in on mowing and trimming when needed to support the team.
- Safe, responsible driving record.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in helping the business grow.
