Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office and Marketing Assistant to support our administrative and marketing functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience, computer skills, and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with medical or dental offices, bookkeeping, and digital tools such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace is highly desirable.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping functions
- Assist in marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and supporting campaigns
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Assist with special projects related to office operations or marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in medical or dental offices
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, data entry, filing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to support marketing activities effectively
Pay: $17.20-$21.50 per hour
