Cabinet Maker / Shop Worker
Signature Cabinet Inc. is looking to hire an experienced cabinet maker / shop worker for our cabinet shop in Edmonton.
We are looking for someone with good experience in kitchen cabinets and custom millwork. The right person should be able to work independently and handle shop work such as cutting, assembling, cabinet box making, reading measurements/drawings, and using woodworking tools and machines safely.
Job Details:

- Pay: based on experience and skill level
- Experience: 1-2 years of cabinetmaking experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Cut, assemble, and build cabinet boxes
- Work with kitchen cabinets and custom cabinetry
- Read measurements, drawings, and job specifications
- Use saws and shop tools safely and properly
- Prepare cabinet parts for assembly and installation
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work independently and complete tasks with accuracy
Requirements:
- Experience in kitchen cabinets / custom cabinetry
- Cutting knowledge is mandatory
- Must be comfortable working with saws and shop tools
- Able to read measurements and follow drawings/specifications
- Able to work independently with good attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Installation experience is an asset
