We are seeking reliable and physically fit General Labourers to assist with loading and unloading trailers. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently emptying trailers, moving materials, and maintaining an organized work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Empty trailers by manually unloading boxes, materials, products, and other items.
- Load and unload materials from trailers safely and efficiently.
- Move, carry, stack, and organize materials in designated areas.
- Assist with sorting and organizing products/materials after unloading.
- Ensure trailers and work areas are kept clean and free of debris.
- Follow proper lifting and material-handling techniques.
- Work as part of a team to complete unloading and loading tasks within required timeframes.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in general labour, warehouse, loading/unloading, or material handling is an asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- No forklift license required unless otherwise specified.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
