Manual Machinist / Welder / Fabricator
Langeman Manufacturing Ltd., a privately owned company that designs and manufactures spray equipment for protective coatings (including spray-on truck bedliners) and related automotive products, is hiring a Versatile Shop-Floor Worker.
The successful applicant will have experience in the following job-shop functions:
1. Basic training on manual lathes, milling machines and machine shop equipment.
2. MIG and TIG welding.
3. Metal fabrication. Structural steel and sheet metal.
4. Work independently from shop drawings to build machinery components.
5. Small machinery assembly.
You will also be trained in the use of our spray equipment, applying spray-on pickup truck bedliners and learn to provide technical support for the same.
You must be physically capable of all workshop functions, have a high work ethic, work independently without constant supervision, and be willing to learn new skills as a team player in a small shop environment. This is not a management or supervisory position.
