Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in Industrial Tool repair, ensuring that equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest standards. This role requires proficiency with power tools and hand tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. The Service Technician will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while working efficiently in self driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Manual Tools / Equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Assemble and disassemble Tools / Equipment components as needed for repairs.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies.
- Machining capabilities would be beneficial
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Assist in training customers on best practices and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical repair preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, machining and welding capabilities is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting as required by the job duties, up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience working in a service environment is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
