What You’ll Be Doing
- Freedom to develop and grow your own customer base through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, and through your personal and generated leads
- Guide clients through the full buying process from first contact to delivery
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features based on customer needs and lifestyle
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Upsell additional products, and services to enhance the customer experience
- Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and client information using CRM systems
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support overall dealership success
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong ability to close deals and build customer trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking systems preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle features and automotive market trends is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $150,000.00-$185,770.74 per year
