New Pharmacy & Medical Clinic Development – Lindsay, ON
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Pharmacy Manager to join our team as we launch a brand-new community pharmacy and medical clinic in Lindsay, Ontario. This is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, leadership, and business growth.
In addition to a traditional management role, we are also open to discussions with candidates interested in becoming a working partner and future equity stakeholder in the business.

Hours of Operation (Projected):
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Opportunity
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape a new pharmacy practice alongside an integrated medical clinic with ~8 exam rooms fully staffed with 4 family physicians that will roster patients and operate a walk-in clinic. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing workflows, growing patient relationships, supporting clinic initiatives, and establishing the pharmacy as a trusted healthcare destination within the community.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Candidate is expected to be the face of the business
- Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed in accordance with provincial regulations, standards of practice, and company policies.
- Provide a high level of pharmaceutical care, including:
- Patient assessments
- Medication reviews
- Prescription counselling
- Injection administration and training
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Oversee and optimize dispensary operations and workflow efficiency.
- Manage, support, coach, and coordinate pharmacy assistants.
- Assist in the implementation and growth of clinical services, including immunizations, medication management, and specialty programs.
- Collaborate with medical clinic staff to enhance patient care and continuity.
- Participate in business development initiatives and community outreach activities.
- Lead special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Injection Certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is considered an asset.
- Kroll experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of third-party billing and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to organize time, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple competing responsibilities.
- Experience with biologics, biosimilars, specialty medications, and clinical services is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to operational excellence and patient care.
- Critical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growing healthcare services.
