We are currently seeking motivated 3rd and 4th Year Sheet Metal Apprentices to join our team on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects. This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your skills while working alongside experienced tradespeople on challenging and rewarding projects.
The successful candidate will be eager to learn, committed to safety, and capable of producing quality work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, modification, and repair of sheet metal HVAC systems.
- Fabricate and assemble ductwork and other sheet metal components according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and mechanical plans with guidance from Journeypersons and supervisors.
- Measure, cut, shape, and install sheet metal materials using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Work closely with Journeypersons, foremen, and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in apprenticeship training and continue developing trade skills.
Qualifications
- Registered 3rd or 4th Year Sheet Metal Apprentice.
- Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience considered an asset.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
