Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform bodywork, including welding and sanding.
- Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all repairs meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices is essential.
