Maintenance Assistant (Temporary to Permanent)

What You Will Be Doing, as a Maintenance Assistant:
- Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas of a building (Restrooms, lobby and hallway floors, windows and grounds)
- These duties might include mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, and painting exterior or interior walls including structures as needed.
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Other duties as assigned
What You Should Have, as a Maintenance Assistant:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in general labour
- Physically capable of performing the essential duties and responsibilities of the position including regular lifting and carrying of 5-23 kgs
- must have a mechanical background
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $20.00 hourly
- Paid weekly, every Friday
- 4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
