Eligibility: This role is open only to current or former athletes who competed at the collegiate varsity level (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, U Sports, CCAA), professionally, or at the Olympic level. If you competed at that level, you already have most of what this job asks for.
The role You are the first contact for companies and athletes coming into Free Agent. You reach out, start conversations, and book the meetings that fill the pipeline. This is a phone-and-keyboard sport. The people who win here are the ones who make one more call after the last one didn't land.
What you'll do
- Run daily outbound to employers and prospective members by email, phone, and social
- Book qualified meetings for the closing team
- Hit weekly activity and meeting targets and keep the CRM clean
- Learn the pitch cold, then make it better every week
- Report what's working so the whole team gets sharper

- No sales experience needed. We will teach you the game.

Compensation and growth: Base plus performance bonus tied to meetings booked. Top performers move up to Account Executive.
