Mountain View Dodge is currently seeking a Professional Parts Advisor / Consultant. The ideal candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, customer service driven individual with min of 2 years parts experience. Experience with the Stellantis / Chrysler manufacture and PBS will be considered an asset. - Pay is also discussed at time of interview!-
You will be responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service, selling, ordering and stocking parts for a busy automotive dealership. You will answer customer and supplier inquiries through email, phone and in person.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive parts considered an asset
- Customer service focus & ability to build relationships
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new platforms
- Able to lift 30 pounds without assistance
- Experience with PBS considered an asset
Other Job Duties:
- Parts shipping & receiving
- Stocks shelves and report on stock levels
- Participate in annual parts inventories, clean-up, and preparation work
- Source parts for select customers by phoning suppliers and competitors
