About the role
Quality Classrooms is looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth. The successful candidate will own campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across email, website, social media, promotions, and paid advertising channels.
The role emphasizes campaign management, email marketing, performance analysis, and collaboration across teams.
What you’ll do
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
- Own email marketing execution, including segmentation, list management, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Ensure consistent campaign messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with product, merchandising, sales, and leadership teams to deliver campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.
What you’ll bring
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or email marketing.
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, marketing platforms, and campaign reporting.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
