Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Italian Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering authentic Italian cuisine. Duties
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes with attention to detail and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow
- Oversee food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to comply with food safety regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Train and mentor team members to uphold quality standards and improve culinary skills
- Collaborate with restaurant management on menu development, special events, and customer feedback
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, adhering to health codes and safety protocols
- Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining high-quality standards
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
