We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on professional to join our team as a Yard Coordinator at our Slave Lake branch. This position will report to the Branch Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily organization of yard staff, yard operations, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow and safe operations
- Prepare equipment for customer pickup, driver deliveries, and returns
- Load, unload, fuel, and move equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other yard equipment to transport and organize equipment within the yard and shop areas
- Document equipment condition during rental in/rental out inspections using paperwork and digital devices
- Maintain accurate on-site inventory records and support inventory/parts organization with a strong commitment to inventory control
- Perform continuous tidying, cleaning, and organization of the yard, shop, equipment, and vehicles
- Delivery and pick up of equipment & accessories to customers at their location
- Coverage as required for other staff absences and other duties and responsibilities as required
- Represent Falcon Rentals in a professional manner at all times while contributing positive energy and teamwork to support branch morale and daily operations
What You’ll Bring to the Team:Qualifications and Requirements:
- Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract, Class 3 considered an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift, stack, pull and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Effective communication skills with the ability to follow verbal directions as well as written company and safety procedures
- Demonstrates high level of drive and initiative
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, weather, and road conditions
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Can work autonomously or together with a team and provide each other support as required to meet business and customer needs
- Safety oriented mindset: First Aid, TDG, H2S would be an asset

Salary:
$30 - $35 / hour, depending on experience.
