RLW Demolition Ltd. is a growing demolition contractor working throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We are looking for a reliable, experienced construction worker with leadership potential to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who has construction or demolition experience and wants to grow into a foreman role.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have construction experience and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform selective and interior demolition work
- Operate hand tools and demolition equipment
- Drive company vehicles to job sites, dumps, and suppliers
- Pick up materials, tools, and equipment as required
- Load and dispose of demolition debris
- Assist with organizing work and running smaller jobs when required
- Maintain safe and organized job sites
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Construction experience required
- Demolition experience strongly preferred
- Physically capable of heavy labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work days or night shifts depending on project requirements
- Comfortable working at multiple job sites across the Lower Mainland
- Ability to work independently and take direction

Pay: $18.81-$30.00 per hour
