You will be part of the Quality team, and your role as a Quality Coordinator (Evening Shift) will be to:

Demonstrate leadership in accordance with the company's vision and values.

Work effectively under pressure and motivate your team to meet strict deadlines.
-
Manage your team's performance using KPIs.
-
Oversee the workload and individual performance of unionized employees.
-
Drive continuous improvement by applying problem-solving processes.
-
Coach and develop a team of 15–25 employees to help them grow within the organization.

Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve operational objectives.

Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
As the ideal candidate:
-
You have management experience in a unionized manufacturing environment (experience in a quality department is an asset), ideally within the aerospace industry.

You possess excellent leadership and people management skills.
-
You demonstrate leadership, sound judgment, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure, and have a strong sense of urgency.

You have excellent communication skills.

You have a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

You are fluent in both French and English.
