Back to Dance season is our biggest and most exciting time of the year, and we're looking for energetic dancers to join our team for the season.
At Gabie's Boutique, we do more than sell dancewear. We help dancers feel confident, prepared, and excited for the season ahead. Every day, we work with dancers of all age, from tiny ballerinas attending their first class to competitive dancers preparing for a new season.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help dancers and parents find the right shoes, apparel, and accessories
- Share your dance knowledge and product recommendations
- Assist with shoe fittings and sizing
- Process sales and payments through our POS system
- Restock merchandise and maintain beautiful displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service during our busiest season
WHO YOU ARE
- A current or former dancer, dance teacher, or experienced dance parent
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with customers
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a busy retail environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Passionate about helping dancers succeed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of dance experience preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and safely use ladders or step stools
AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
This is a seasonal position running through August and September.
You must be available for:
- Training in July
- Saturdays (between 9:30am-4:30pm)
- Sundays (in September between 11:30am-4:30pm)
- Select weekday afternoon shifts (from 3-6:30pm)
Please note: This position is not suitable for students leaving for college or university in the fall. Availability throughout both August and September is required.
