Experiences and s kills you will use in the role
A career within Deals Corporate Finance will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. In short, we a re a part of helping some of Canada’s leading companies across industries originate, create, execute, and reali z e value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.
Conducting thorough research on companies and industries, supporting the team in the preparation and presentation of marketing pitches to existing and potential clients, assisting in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials (teaser, confidential information memorandum (CIM), management presentation, etc.), obtaining needed information from available client data and conducting appropriate financial analysis, preparing financial models to support analysis in proposals and transaction docum entation, identifying key strategic & financial buyers and managing the transaction’s status reports and more.
