The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional sales management position. You will play a key role in the overall success of the operation by leading sales strategy, developing talent, optimizing processes, and driving sustainable growth.
You will work alongside an experienced leadership team while maintaining responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the sales department, ensuring both operational excellence and a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Drive sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize results
- Develop and execute plans that support short- and long-term business goals
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor future leaders within the organization
- Ensure effective lead management and customer follow-up processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and overall performance
- Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives
- Maintain high standards of customer service and team engagement
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and performance data to inform decision-making

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience within a dealership environment required
- Previous Finance Manager experience is considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated success leading sales teams and achieving performance targets
- Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and sales processes
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees at various stages of their careers
- Strong business acumen with experience managing performance and profitability
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and motivate teams while creating accountability
- Experience working with CRM and dealership management systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and personal accountability
