Mountainview Harley-Davidson is seeking a dedicated and experienced Harley-Davidson Certified Technician to join our Service Department — the heart of our dealership. If you live and breathe Harley-Davidson and want to work with a passionate, skilled team, this is your shot.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who thrives on diagnosing, repairing, customizing, and maintaining Harley-Davidson motorcycles. You’re proud of your technical skills, understand the H-D culture, and can deliver top-tier service for every rider that rolls through our bay doors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Completion of a Harley-Davidson factory-authorized training program (PHD, L1-L3 certification preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on Harley-Davidson motorcycles (or equivalent training)
- Must own a complete set of tools (or commit to acquiring them within 60 days)
- Valid Class 6 Motorcycle License and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for Twin Cam, Milwaukee-Eight, and Revolution Max platforms
- Comfortable performing performance upgrades, warranty work, and custom accessory installs
- Team-focused attitude with professionalism and pride in your work
- Willing to complete all necessary technical training and certifications provided by Harley-Davidson
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule
