Senior Host/Hostess – Bymark Restaurant
Bymark, a premier fine dining restaurant under the McEwan Group, is renowned for its
exceptional quality, service, and sophisticated dining experience. We seek a professional and
experienced Head Host to join our front-of-house team. This is an immediate hire opportunity.

Location: Bymark Restaurant, 66 Wellington St W, Toronto, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements (i.e. events & restaurant) to optimize the
dining experience.

Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Train and supervise host team members to maintain high hospitality standards.

Handle guest inquiries and special requests and resolve any seating-related concerns.

Maintain an organized and efficient host stand.

Ensure adherence to Bymark's acceptable dining standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Head Host or similar role in a fine dining establishment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

Proficiency in reservation systems such as OpenTable.

Professional demeanour with a passion for hospitality and guest service.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
