We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Intermediate Contract Administrator & Data Entry Specialist to support our team with client support, data management, and administrative tasks. Duties
- Perform accurate data entry into databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Manage and update client records, ensuring information is current and correctly filed
- Assist with contract administration tasks including processing agreements and tracking deadlines
- Support client inquiries through email or phone, providing professional assistance and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Collect data from various sources for reporting purposes and ensure its accuracy
- Support administrative functions such as document preparation, copying, scanning, and filing
- Collaborate with team members to improve data collection processes and streamline workflows
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for necessary systems
- Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management
- Proficiency in computer skills including typing, data collection, and clerical tasks
- Experience with filing systems and basic data management techniques is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
