Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Prepper / Helper to join our Sandblasting and Painting team. This role involves lifting 50 lbs, masking and prepping of units prior to paint, cleaning and organizing, assisting both sandblasters and painters. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle physical tasks efficiently. No prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with prep work of units prior to sandblasting and / or painting
- Support both sandblasters and painters
- Handle occasional heavy lifting as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Organize and maintain tools and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety
- Follow procedures and quality standards during all tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
