Overview
Hilaka Contracting is currently hiring Swampers to support our field operations in the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist operators with daily oilfield operations and equipment setup
- Connect and disconnect hoses, fittings, and equipment as required
- Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with operators, dispatch, and crew members
Qualifications
- Previous oilfield experience considered an asset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work long hours in remote and outdoor environments
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Valid oilfield tickets (CSO, H2S Alive, First Aid, etc)
Location
Fort St. John, BC
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
