Lead Cabinet Maker – High-End Custom Millwork
We are looking for a skilled Lead Cabinet Maker to join our team specializing in high-end custom millwork. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and can lead by example.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in cabinet making / custom millwork.
- Proven ability to manage your own work and lead a small team
- Strong proficiency with table saws and woodworking machinery
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings with accuracy
- Experience working on high-end, custom projects with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and participate in the production of custom millwork projects
- Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship
- Lead, support, and mentor team members
- Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized
