Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Representative performs the following tasks:

Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an efficient and timely manner;

Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items, pricing irregularities and notify the appropriate account manager;

Promote our products and systems to potential or existing customers and be creative in how we display and merchandise the store.

Guard against complacency and the status quo with existing procedures or work methods; communicate freely your ideas;
-
Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor;
Requirements:
To perform well, you must have:
-
A high school diploma;
-
A passion for customer service;
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell/ cross-sell;
-
Capacity to work independently and/ or as part of a team;
-
General knowledge of MS Office;
-
Effective organization skills;
-
Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;
-
Manage the inventory and carry out the annual inventory;
-
A sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
