We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our client’s pharmaceutical production facility in Richmond. This is a unique opportunity to work in an industry that remains essential year-round—providing job security and stability you can count on.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the production of prescription drugs. Just as hospitals, nursing homes, and community pharmacies rely on these facilities for their blister packs and compounds, the facility will rely on you to ensure their materials are received, organized, and stored with precision and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, organize, and store incoming shipments in a safe and orderly manner
- Manage inventory movement within the warehouse, including cold storage areas for sensitive pharmaceutical supplies
- Handle materials with extreme care to prevent damage or compromise
- Support the smooth flow of goods to and from the production floor
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable lifting boxes and packages up to 50 lbs (13.6 kg)
- Must have your own steel-toe boots
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team player who can follow instructions from supervisors
