Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience and solid understanding of high-rise plumbing and mechanical systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and courteous demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
