Supreme Lighting is one the leading lighting showrooms in the GTA. We have been serving home owners, builders and electrical contractors since 1971.
We are looking to fill a sales position in our lighting showroom.
We will train you to become part of our excellent sales team. All we ask is for the applicant to be energetic, confident and willing to learn!
Other qualifications:
- must be fluent in English
- retail experience required
- some computer knowledge an asset (Microsoft Office)
The Inside Sales Representative provides our customers with a high level of customer service which includes effectively handling customer inquiries and order processing. The Inside Sales Representative delivers the highest quality customer care, in accordance with company objectives and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and process merchandise orders to customers in our showroom, over the phone and email-- ensuring that every customer experience meets Supreme Lighting and Electrical's standards.
- Provide technical support on product selection and application.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Provide customer feedback to the management in a timely fashion.
