Position Overview
As a Receptionist / Client Care Specialist. Your role is all about hospitality: greeting clients warmly, managing appointments, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage bookings and appointment schedules (phone, online, in-person).
- Answer client questions about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the barber team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects The Lobby’s standard of excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is an asset (but not required — we’re happy to train the right person).
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Enthusiastic
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with technology and booking systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
