We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-focused Café Manager to lead the opening of our newest location in the heart of Canmore.

The opening of Alforno Canmore marks an exciting new chapter for our growing brand. We are bringing our artisan bakery, specialty coffee, fresh cuisine, and warm hospitality to one of Alberta's most vibrant mountain communities.
What will you bring to the team:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of specialty coffee or café experience

Strong understanding of espresso extraction, brewing methods, and coffee quality standards

Passion for hospitality, coaching, and continuous improvement

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
