We provide working capital and funding solutions to businesses across the US and Canada. We're hiring an in-office sales rep to own deals end to end — qualify, package, close, fund. Warm, pre-qualified leads are transferred to you live. You take it from there.
This is a full-cycle closing seat for a phone killer. No cold dialing — you get qualified business owners handed to you on a live transfer. From that moment, the deal is yours: you build trust, verify qualification, collect the document package, and close.

Location: In-office, full-time, Montreal. This is a floor seat — you close best in the room with the team.
The job:
- Take live warm transfers and own the relationship from first contact to funded
- Re-qualify hard against our criteria and disqualify bad files fast
- Sell the owner forward and collect a complete package the same day
- Run aggressive follow-up on your pipeline — calls, texts, emails — until the deal funds or dies
- Push deals through the funding desk and close
You must have:
- Native-level, perfectly fluent spoken and written English — you'll be closing US and Canadian business owners on the phone over financial decisions, and any accent or fluency friction kills trust on a live transfer
- Proven track record closing B2B deals over the phone
- Comfort with high-volume, fast-cycle, transactional sales
- Document-collection tenacity — you don't let files go cold
- A clear, trustworthy phone presence for US and Canadian business owners
- Hunger, thick skin, and coachability
Nice to have: business lending, financial-product, or funding experience (not required, we train the product); prior commission-only experience.
Compensation: 35–55% of net commission, tiered by monthly funded volume. Uncapped — your income scales with what you fund. We give you the leads that actually close, so the math works in your favor instead of against it.
Success looks like: 6+ funded deals/month, high transfer-to-funded conversion, strong deal sizes, no leads left to rot.
Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
