Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service person to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting new people and being in a busy environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Operate POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling stations and seating areas
- Manage cash register transactions with accuracy using basic math skills
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of food service
