We are currently seeking an Allocations Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving business performance through data-informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys identifying trends and opportunities, and is motivated by optimizing inventory flow, supporting key business initiatives, and contributing to continuous operational improvement.

As an Allocations Analyst, you will:
Allocation
-
Create an allocation strategy based on historical data and sales trends to distribute product to stores;
-
Execute allocation strategy in a timely manner;
-
Analyze sales results based on allocation and adjust set stock per store by SKU in colour and size;
-
Plan inventory for new store openings and other special events
Replenishment
-
Ensure stores have enough stock on hand to execute their projected sales results and adjusting to seasonality;
-
Work with logistics and warehouse management to ensure stores are being replenished in a timely manner;
-
Ensure all stores have acquitted safety stock and are properly stocked for business trends and sales events;
-
Plan and execute inter-store transfers as needed to ensure all stores sell through evenly;

Communicate to stores directly for markdowns and merchandise pulls;
-
Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans;
-
Forecast, review, and provide inventory purchase recommendations to support optimal inventory flow;
-
Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast;
-
Understand business direction, identify business problems, assess potential business impacts and provide recommendations for improvements and solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Strong ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across Planning, Buying, and Retail Operations.

Naturally curious, with a willingness to ask questions, seek information, and dive deep into processes to understand outcomes and drive improvements.

Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
