About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to make cold outreach calls to businesses and consumers on behalf of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be booking qualified appointments through professional, persuasive phone conversations with new prospects.
This role involves:
- Making outbound cold calls to B2B or B2C prospects
- Following provided scripts and call guidelines
- Booking appointments that meet client specifications
- Maintaining accurate call records and notes
- Meeting daily/weekly activity and appointment targets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales or appointment setting is an asset
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to handle objections, overcome resistance, and remain persistent
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills (data entry, CRM navigation, call tracking software)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
