Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Administrator to support our team. In this role, you will handle a mix of administrative, operational, and product‑related tasks that keep the office and inventory systems running efficiently. Responsibilities include general office administration, coordinating with multiple departments, managing product information, supporting purchasing activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and tracking repairs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence working with inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
· Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.
· Assist in processing receivables and payables
· Coordinate and execute purchasing of items, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery
· Gather and maintain all key product information including dimensions, specifications, user manuals, and usage details
· Input and update product data within the inventory system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
· Organize inbound shipments, including freight, courier, and supplier deliveries
· Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation
· Coordinate repairs with internal team or external vendors when required
· Ensure repair status is updated and equipment is returned to inventory promptly
· Track recurring issues and flag larger maintenance concerns
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
· Proven experience in administration or a related role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and in a team.
· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
· Knowledge of office equipment and basic maintenance.
· Excellent communication when working with vendors and internal teams
· Comfortable working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
· Critical thinking and investigative mindset
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
