Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and collaborating with the team to ensure competitive pricing and successful project execution. This role requires a strong understanding of construction estimating processes, ability to read construction drawings. The Estimator will play a vital role in bidding processes, project planning, and ensuring profitability.
Duties
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with manager and salespeople to gather required information.
- Develop accurate material lists for cost estimates.
- Track industry trends and techniques to refine estimating accuracy.
- Support teams during the bidding process and project execution as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong background in construction projects.
- Proficiency with CAD, Revet and other estimating software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials pricing, labor costs, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost analysis.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients (if required).
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
