We are in the business of providing services to professional and trade associations, societies, regulated health professions and member groups. Client Services Representative
We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role you will work closely with an Executive Director and other team members to provide the best possible service to a select group of clients. Attention to detail, a positive “can-do” attitude, and a willingness to learn new things are all attributes that we are seeking in an ideal candidate. The ability to converse fluently in both English and French would be an asset.
Responsibilities
The person who fills this role will provide ongoing daily support in member management, meeting coordination, and special projects in support of board or committee initiatives. Whether it’s updating websites, attending board meetings, organizing continuing education sessions, planning conventions and events, liaising with government officials, or developing strategies, we have our clients covered.
This role would be perfect for you if you have most, if not all, of these skills:

- You show discretion and good judgement in handling confidential matters
- You have a track record of building strong, collaborative and positive working relationships with various stakeholders
- You have some relevant experience in project management, event management, association management, not-for-profit management, or client service
This position requires some evening and weekend work. The successful candidate must reside in Nova Scotia.
