Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various fitness disciplines, including to Lagree, yoga, Pilates, and group fitness. This role involves leading engaging classes, designing effective fitness programs, and providing personalized training to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. A commitment to fostering a positive and motivating environment is essential.
Qualifications
- Lagree Method experience is a plus
- Lagree certification is a plus
- CPR/AED Certification (REQUIRED)
- Fitness related certificate (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in fitness industry
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and cueing techniques
- Confident in time management and delivering precisely timed transitions
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
PRIMARY Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic and engaging Lagree fitness classes for clients of all levels.
- Offer personalized guidance, modifications, and corrections to ensure client safety and form.
- Motivate and inspire clients to improve strength, endurance, and confidence.
- Stay current with Lagree Method principles and evolving fitness trends.
- Support studio operations, including but not limited to equipment setup, light maintenance, and assisting with client check-in when needed.
- Maintain professionalism and positive energy throughout each session.
