AI Adoption & Change Consultant – Enterprise AI Solutions

What is in it for you:
- Salaried: $60-68 per hour.
- Incorporated Business Rate: $75-83 per hour.
- 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Primarily remote, with on-site work in Toronto once every 2 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead adoption and change initiatives related to AI, SaaS, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Partner with product teams, developers, architects, business stakeholders, and end users to drive adoption and engagement.
- Coordinate and support pilot groups, user onboarding activities, workshops, and training sessions.
- Develop feedback mechanisms, including surveys, user sessions, questions, and adoption follow-ups.
- Define, track, and report on adoption KPIs, usage metrics, success indicators, and user engagement trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and adoption analytics to identify where adoption is increasing or slowing down.
- Analyze usage patterns and identify blockers, gaps, and opportunities to improve adoption outcomes.
- Support the development of new reporting mechanisms and measurement approaches for AI solutions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes, dashboards, and feedback loops may still need to be established.
- Execute deliverables independently without relying on a large support team.
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in change management, digital adoption, product adoption, digital transformation, product operations, product management, or consulting.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, AI, SaaS, software adoption, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical audiences such as developers, architects, and product teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption metrics and usage data.
- Comfortable operating independently, managing multiple priorities, and solving ambiguous problems.
- Hands-on execution style with willingness to create, analyze, organize, document, and follow through directly.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in management consulting, marketing consulting, product consulting, or digital transformation consulting.
- Product Management, Product Owner, Product Operations, or Product Adoption experience.
- Experience supporting AI-powered products, enterprise tooling, or technical software adoption programs.
- Experience building or analyzing adoption metrics, KPIs, dashboards, or reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to developer tools, technical workflows, software delivery environments, or agentic AI solutions.
- Change management certification such as Prosci / ADKAR is an asset, but not mandatory if the candidate has strong hands-on adoption and consulting experience.
