Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Customer Engagement)
About the Role
At Gemstone Lights, customer experience is at the center of what we do. We are looking for a personable, trustworthy, and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Field Sales Representative.
This role involves engaging with homeowners in neighborhoods where our permanent outdoor lighting systems are being installed, sharing information, and providing free, no-obligation quotes in a friendly and consultative way.
What You’ll Do
- Visit homes in designated neighborhoods where installations are actively occurring
- Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations
- Provide free, no-obligation quotes and product information
- Answer questions and educate customers about our lighting systems
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
- Record basic notes and communicate feedback to the team

Compensation
$18/hour + commission
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Must have access to a vehicle
