Wow Factor Cleaning Services
Full and part-time positions available cleaning Vacation Homes. We offer a respectful starting wage of $24 hr, first shift. Must be reliable and available for occasional weekend shifts. Positions offered are company run with structured bi-weekly pay periods / taxes deducted. All cleaning supplies and equipment supplied.

Main Duties
- Performing general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry and vacuuming.
- Time management, guest check in deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience cleaning Vacation homes is preferred but not necessarily required.
- Reliable transportation needed, job is on the road.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend and kneel for extended periods while completing cleaning duties.
- Clear criminal background
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Should live in or close to the Nanaimo / Parksville area.
- Team player!
