We are seeking one full-time employee to join our residential property maintenance team serving Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Cambridge.
This is an active, outdoor position for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing clean, professional results. You will travel to residential properties and complete a variety of exterior cleaning and maintenance services.
Industry experience is not necessary. We provide training and are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working outdoors.
Position Overview

Each day may involve different properties and services. You will be expected to follow established procedures, work safely, and treat customers’ homes and belongings with respect.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing exterior cleaning and maintenance services at residential homes
- Setting up and using ladders safely
- Working on one-storey and two-storey properties
- Assisting with gutter guard installation and minor exterior maintenance tasks
- Operating pressure-washing and cleaning equipment
- Preparing and staining decks and other outdoor wood surfaces
- Keeping the company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Speaking with customers respectfully and professionally
- Following work orders, safety procedures, and service checklists
- Reporting property concerns, customer questions, or job issues to management
- Helping ensure each service is completed thoroughly and to company standards

Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- A valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s licence
- Dependable transportation to and from the designated meeting location
- The ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working on ladders and around two-storey homes
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- A responsible and professional attitude
- The ability to follow company procedures
- Availability for consistent full-time hours
Previous exterior cleaning or property maintenance experience is an asset but is not required. Complete job training will be provided.
