Full Stack Developer (Java or .NET Core) - Multiple Openings

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000+ CAD a year (Depending on track and seniority)
We are expanding our engineering teams in Toronto for several long-term, high-visibility modernization projects with major enterprise clients, including top-tier Canadian financial institutions. We are actively hiring across three distinct technical tracks, ranging from intermediate full-stack support roles to senior microservices architecture positions.
Whether your expertise lies in the Java/Spring Boot ecosystem or modern .NET Core, we have an active pipeline tailored to your strengths.
Available Engineering Tracks:
Track A: Full Stack Developer (Java & Support-Focused)
- Experience: MID LEVEL
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $98,000 CAD
- Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular, CI/CD (CIAD) pipelines
- Key Focus: End-to-end full-stack feature development combined with a strong ownership of L2/L3 production support, application stability engineering, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Track B: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java / BFSI / Banking)
- Experience: SR LEVEL
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 CAD
- Tech Stack: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Angular or React, Kafka, DevOps tooling (RBC ecosystem experience an asset)
- Key Focus: Driving complex monolith-to-microservices transformations, event-driven data streaming (Kafka), and enterprise cloud architecture alignment.
Track C: Full Stack Developer (.NET Core & Angular)
- Experience: MID to SR LEVEL
- Salary Range: Flexible / TBD based on experience
- Tech Stack: C#/.NET Core ecosystem, Angular, SQL Server
- Key Focus: Building, migrating, and optimizing robust enterprise web applications utilizing a clean, modern .NET Core back-end and responsive Angular front-end.
Core Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience matching one of the three tracks listed above.
- Strong front-end development standards utilizing either Angular or React for rich UI enterprise software.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of navigating complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and reside within the Greater Toronto Area for hybrid/onsite requirements.
