Now we need someone who can sell that story on every single inbound call.
THE ROLE
This is a 100% inbound sales position based at our Mississauga office. No cold calling. No lead generation. No chasing. Leads come to us — your job is to close them.
Every call is a warm opportunity. Every client who contacts us already wants what we offer. Your job is to qualify them, present our service with confidence, handle objections without flinching, and book the job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound calls and respond to leads within minutes — speed to lead is everything in this business
- Qualify prospects, present our services and pricing confidently, and close bookings
- Follow up on warm leads who didn't book on the first contact
- Manage your pipeline in CRM — every lead logged, every follow-up documented, every deal stage updated
- Collect deposits and confirm bookings
- Communicate seamlessly with our operations team to ensure scheduling accuracy
- Hit and exceed monthly booking targets
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $4,000/month
- Commission structure:
- Tier 1: 5.5% per confirmed booking — 1 to 40 bookings/month
- Tier 2: 6.5% per confirmed booking — 41 to 60 bookings/month
- Tier 3: 8.0% per confirmed booking — 61+ bookings/month
- There is no cap on what you can earn. If you can close, we will keep you busy.
- Average booking value: $500+
- Realistic OTE at full performance: $6,000 to $9,000+/month
THE MATH
At 60 bookings/month — a very achievable target for someone who knows what they're doing — you're looking at $6,500+/month. At 80+ bookings, you're well above $8,000. The top of this role is uncapped and limited only by your ability to close.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound sales role — you've done this before and you were good at it
- Minimum 1 year of CRM experience — HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent. You live in your CRM, not around it
- You speak with confidence and warmth simultaneously — clients trust you immediately
- You handle price objections without discounting — you sell value, not deals
- You are obsessively responsive — a lead that waits more than a few minutes is a lead that calls someone else
- You are coachable, competitive, and hungry — you want to win every call
- You are based in or able to commute to Mississauga, ON daily
